Who is Bobino?

Bobino is a small design brand that started when Nokia was the hottest phone and just when Apple launched the iPod. That’s about 16 years ago. We started in Europe – with offices in both Milan, Italy and Breda, Netherlands and expanded over the years and now have offices in Europe, United States and Asia. Our focus is thinking of ways to solve small problems in a nice way. We try to be innovative and create things that look nice.

Where are Bobino products made?

Our collection is designed by our European and American team, engineered by our partner in Malaysia and produced primarily in Malaysia and a few items in China.

How do I keep informed of new products?

We have a BLOG, or you can follow us on our social media platforms: Facebook & Instagram.

Where can I buy Bobino products?

Bobino products can be bought on our online store, but also in small and major retailers in your area. If you tell us where you live, we can help you try and find a local retailer to support you.

I didn't get any order confirmation. What do I do?

If you placed an order in our web-shop and didn’t get any order confirmation, please start by checking your spam-folder but if you still can’t find it just email us at  info@mybobino.com

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We might be able to cancel or change your order if you act quickly. If you want to change or cancel your order send an email to info@mybobino.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

How do I pay for my order?

When you visit our shop www.mybobino.com and get to the checkout you will have various payment methods depending on what country you order from.

I have a discount code; how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can use it by entering it during check out.
